We use the information you send to prepare your scan, reply to you and run the website. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who is responsible
Pixelcloud B.V. is the controller for Curiqo. It is registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 76735699. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hello@curiqo.nl.
What we collect and why
- Scan requests: the business address, whether it is your business or a client or prospect, the decision you selected, your work email and any context you add. We use this to prepare and discuss the scan you asked for.
- Public business evidence: information such as products, pricing, offers, advertising, search visibility, content and technical signals. We record the public source and observation date to prepare a scan. We do not intentionally collect private information, personal profiles or sensitive personal data.
- Suggestions: your suggestion and, if you choose to add it, your email. We use this to assess the suggestion and reply when requested.
- Website delivery: request and device information needed to deliver and secure the site. This can include an IP address, browser details and request time.
- Bookings: when you choose to book through Cal.com, the booking details you enter there and the business address carried into the booking.
We process scan requests and bookings to take steps at your request before a possible engagement. We process suggestions and essential technical data for our legitimate interests in answering enquiries, improving Curiqo and keeping the site reliable and secure.
Who handles it
We use a small number of providers:
- Cloudflare hosts, delivers and protects the website.
- Notion stores scan requests and suggestions in our intake inbox.
- Supabase stores scan evidence and results in our project in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Cal.com handles a booking when you choose that route.
- Google serves the typefaces used by the site; your browser connects to Google to retrieve them.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the provider's applicable transfer safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, apply.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry or suggestion for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless it becomes part of a customer relationship or we need it longer to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. Provider security logs follow the provider's own retention period.
Cookies and measurement
Curiqo does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies when needed to protect the site. Our website measurement does not use cookies or local storage to identify you.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict its use, receive data you provided, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@curiqo.nl. We may need to verify that the request is yours. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Curiqo does not make decisions about people that have legal or similarly significant effects.
